We would like to inform you about an important update to our technical support process.

From the beginning of our hosting service, we have provided assistance through phone calls, support tickets, and even through WhatsApp, although WhatsApp was meant only for sales-related communication. We sincerely appreciate your trust and cooperation.

Starting from 1st December 2025, we will be moving to a more organized support workflow.
As part of this change:

Technical support will no longer be provided through Phone Calls or WhatsApp.
All technical issues must be submitted through our Support Ticket system.

Why we are making this change:

  • WhatsApp is not suitable for handling multiple technical issues at the same time.

  • It takes extra time to identify customers and verify services through WhatsApp or calls.

  • When a support ticket is opened through our billing system, our team can instantly view your account and hosting services.

  • Our staff receives an immediate SMS notification when you open a ticket.

  • You also receive an SMS notification when our team replies to your ticket (available only for Sri Lankan mobile numbers).
